“I am pleased to provide this letter of recommendation for Aslan who has served as the snowmelt system contractor on recent work performed at Bally’s Casino in the City of Black Hawk. From my experience overseeing facilities and coordinating with numerous trade professionals, I can confidently say that Aslan approaches their work with diligence and a commitment to quality. Based on their performance on this project, I would recommend Aslan for future work in snowmelt system installation, maintenance, or related services. Why Choose Our Snowmelt Systems
Improved Safety
There’s no question that icy walkways and driveways are dangerous for walkers and drivers alike. Our Colorado snowmelt systems keep your family, employees, and customers safe with clean, solid ground even in sub-zero temperatures.
Reliable Electric Power
We custom engineer each snowmelt system to utilize electric, not natural gas, so you can enjoy clear, clean ground for your residential or commercial building all year round that’s more sustainable and reliable.
Lower Costs
Salt and ice-melting chemicals destroy concrete, and shoveling costs valuable time and money. Whether for your residence or business, our snowmelt systems are a cost-saving investment that works without lifting a finger.
Increased Uptime
Snowy and icy properties deter customers and slow labor, preventing your business from making money in the winter. Keep the lights on with an accessible property that keeps people safe and maintains business as usual.
Enhanced Property Value
Installing a snowmelt system can raise the property value on your home or business, without having to pull out the toolbelt. Because we design our systems to stand the test of time, our systems will be a desirable asset well into the property’s future.
Enhanced Sustainability
Sidewalk salt and chemicals can damage your landscaping, endanger wildlife, and pollute local waterways. Our snowmelt systems provide a sustainable alternative that lightens your environmental impact.
How Does It Work?
Our snowmelt systems work just below the concrete, utilizing heated and circulated glycol—a safe, odorless antifreeze chemical found in HVAC and automotive systems—to keep the concrete’s temperature above freezing. Because the systems are installed underneath concrete, many clients have them installed when they’re already planning to pour new concrete at their home or business.
